Shipping and Return Info

All of our abayas are produced on a made-to-order basis to uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Each piece is individually handcrafted exclusively for you once your order is confirmed. Production begins after purchase and typically takes 10 up to 2 weeks unless otherwise stated. Please allow up to 14 days for processing prior to shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled refunded or exchanged but you have 24h to do so. This approach allows us to preserve exclusivity, minimize waste and deliver refined, intentional craftsmanship with every collection. 

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically takes 3-6 working days to Europe, US and Canada. While we aim to ship promptly, we cannot guarantee transit times once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Customs and Duties 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other charges upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. The seller is not responsible for any delays, charges or issues caused by customs.

In the event that the customer refuses to pay the required customs duties or import fees, the shipment will be returned to us. All return shipping costs, customs charges and handling fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. Any remaining balance, if applicable will then be refunded to the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the issue so we can assist you. Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are not collected and are returned to us due to non-pickup will incur a return shipping fee. This amount will be deducted from any approved refund. Please ensure your contact details and availability for delivery are accurate to avoid delays or additional charges.
